The Warwick Dark Blue/Navy Windproof Walking Umbrella

Take a look at this windproof walking umbrella. When something this special comes along it really can cause quite a stir up here in My Shop. And that’s exactly what happened when we discovered the Warwick range of windproof walking style umbrellas. This is one of those wind resistant umbrellas you have to see and feel for yourself to really appreciate. Traditional in appearance but with modern windproof technology.

The first thing you notice about this windproof umbrella is the smooth, lacquered, polished wooden handle. The Warwick also sports a wooden shaft and end tip. All topped off with a graphite grey metal ferrule, matching the metal open cap and rounded spoke tips.

WHOMP!! The strong, light fibreglass ribs are mated to a steel 8 spring frame, with an additional nylon cantilever system for increased flexibility and longevity. Each rib is individually sprung.

The canopy is “pongee”, widely regarded as the only choice for a serious umbrella. Canopy width is approximately 105 cm (37??) and overall length 89 cm (35??). Weight 440 g approx.

Here in dark blue/navy, it’s also available in a choice of other colours. The Warwick Windproof Walking Umbrella is equally stylish and practical for ladies or gents.
